No, the Pottermore Shop is the only place you can buy the Harry Potter eBooks and digital audio books by J.K. Rowling. You can buy all seven books separately or buy The Complete eBook Collection and The Complete Digital Audio Book Collection (available in English and German).

Can I buy a book from the Pottermore Shop if I am under 18 years old?
The Pottermore Shop is intended for people who are 18 years old or older. However, parents and guardians can share their purchases with their children under 18 as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Pottermore will never send you any emails asking you to provide your account details, card details or personal information.
