What are promotional codes?

From time to time, we may offer discounts on the Harry Potter eBooks and digital audio books available from the Pottermore Shop. To receive these discounts, promotional codes are provided and should be entered at the checkout to be successfully applied.

Where do I enter a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code for the Pottermore Shop, you can enter it in your basket before you check out and make your payment. Simply enter it in the ‘Promotional code’ box and click ‘Apply code’ to redeem your discount.

My promotional code was not applied. What should I do?

Please type in your promotional code one more time, just to make sure you didn’t miss a number or letter out. Simply enter it in the ‘Promotional code’ box in your basket and click ‘Apply code’ to redeem your discount.

If it still doesn’t work the next time you enter it, please Contact us, choose ‘Payment’ within the ‘Reason you are contacting us’ list, then select ‘Using promotional codes’. Please also include concise and relevant details so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible.
